Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and in all communications between jt777 and its registered players:

• "jt777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jt777 online gaming platform, accessible at jt777.cam, and all associated services operated under that brand.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is seeking to register a real-money account on the jt777 platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on the jt777 platform through which the player accesses games, manages funds, and uses platform services.
• "Wallet Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, bonus credits (where applicable), and settled winnings held within a player's account at any given time.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of the Wallet Balance consisting of deposited funds and settled cash winnings, excluding any restricted bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits awarded by jt777 subject to the wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms set out in Clause 5.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple by which a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by jt777 to authenticate a player's identity, age, and payment method ownership before processing withdrawal requests.
• "Rupiah", "IDR", "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole operating currency of the jt777 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where accessing or operating an online gambling platform is explicitly prohibited under local law.

To register and maintain a jt777 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jt777 does not permit players under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or receive winnings under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of jt777 or any of its partner studios or payment providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal guardianship or restriction that limits your contractual capacity, you are not eligible to register.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jt777 or any third-party responsible gaming organisation from which you have not been formally reinstated.
• You must have only one registered account on the jt777 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

To open a real-money account on the jt777 platform, you are required to complete the registration process accurately and in full. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, current, and complete.

• You must provide a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jt777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• You must notify jt777 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• jt777 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, including where there is reason to believe the applicant does not satisfy the eligibility criteria in Clause 2.
• Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jt777 reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
• You must keep your account details, including your registered email address and phone number, up to date at all times. Changes to account details must be submitted via the account settings panel or through verified communication with the support team.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. jt777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available and selecting a unique password not used on any other platform. jt777 staff will never ask you for your full password through any channel.

All financial transactions on the jt777 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jt777 does not charge conversion fees or apply exchange rate margins. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Deposits may be made via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible, with any associated winnings voided.
• Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform. These thresholds are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited within minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours. Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are generally credited in real time.
• jt777 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency payments, or deposits made by postal order or cheque.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jt777 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, jt777 may require the player to complete identity verification (KYC), including submission of a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business hours during operational hours (WIB). Processing times during Indonesian public holidays, including Idul Fitri and Nyepi, may be extended.
• jt777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to investigate account activity for fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Withdrawal requests that remain unprocessed for 90 days due to incomplete KYC or unreachable player contact details may be subject to administrative closure at jt777's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change.

jt777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out here and to any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money Balance.
• The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion description. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount).
• Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published in the platform's bonus terms section. Live casino and table game wagers typically contribute at a lower rate than slot wagers.
• Bonuses are offered on a one-per-player, one-per-household, one-per-IP-address, and one-per-device basis unless explicitly stated otherwise. jt777 reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings where abuse of promotional terms is detected.
• jt777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the modification date.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the applicable promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on the jt777 platform operate under individual game rules provided by the respective software studios. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or by live dealer procedures, as applicable to the game type. jt777 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the respective game studios and are available within each game's information panel. Actual individual session results may vary substantially from published RTP figures.
• Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the relevant governing body. Where results are disputed or events are abandoned, jt777 reserves the right to apply standard void/refund procedures.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each game or market. Wagers placed outside these limits may be voided.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round will be voided and the wager refunded. jt777 is not liable for losses claimed to result from technical errors that cannot be verified through server-side logs.
• Players may not use automated wagering tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of related winnings.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the account settings panel. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Players may request a time-out from the platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the player's account is suspended and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals may be processed.
• Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the jt777 platform may request a self-exclusion of a minimum of six months or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via the live chat support team.
• jt777 does not direct marketing communications at players who have set deposit limits, are in an active time-out period, or have registered a self-exclusion.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes during the period of their registered account.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jt777 platform without prior written consent from jt777.
• Game content made available through the platform is licensed from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Habanero, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All trademarks and intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to jt777 in connection with the platform may be used by jt777 without any obligation to compensate you or acknowledge the submission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jt777 limits its liability to players as follows:

• jt777 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform.
• jt777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• jt777's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• jt777 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from voluntary gameplay decisions, misuse of account credentials, or self-imposed failure to use available responsible gaming tools.
• jt777 shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet service provider outages, natural disasters, government-mandated restrictions, or third-party payment processing delays.

jt777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion in the circumstances set out below. Where an account is terminated, any Real Money Balance remaining (after deduction of any voided bonus balances) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC procedures.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to ineligibility, duplicate accounts, provision of false registration information, or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including attempted chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or participation in coordinated bonus abuse schemes.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering or any activity that jt777 is required to report under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or scripts in connection with any game or platform function.
• Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour directed at jt777 support staff or other players.
• Failure to complete KYC procedures within the timeframe requested by jt777 where such completion is required for account maintenance or withdrawal processing.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the live chat support team. Upon voluntary closure, the player's Real Money Balance will be paid out following standard KYC verification. Accounts closed voluntarily cannot be reopened for a minimum of 30 days.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the jt777 platform holds its international gaming licence.

• Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the player and jt777 through the standard support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of the platform's licensing authority.
• The player agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable arbitral body and waives any right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence in respect of matters governed by this agreement.
• Nothing in this clause limits jt777's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

jt777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jt777 will notify registered players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification at the next login.

• Amendments take effect on the date stated in the updated Terms & Conditions document. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact the support team to initiate account closure before the effective date where practicable.
